Security Guidelines for All Xhorse India Tool Users
- The end user (hereinafter referred as the person who is using the Xhorse tool) of the tool takes full responsibility of the Xhorse tool/device which he intends to purchase from any Xhorse authorised dealer in India.
- The end user agrees to provide & comply with KYC or RE-KYC documents when asked for verification.
- The end user understands & agrees that the KYC or RE-KYC verification is only for assuring that he/she is the owner and end user of the tool/device.
- The end user agrees to collect the copy of RC & Driving license of the person from whom a request for issuance of a duplicate key will be received for his/her vehicle.
- The end user agrees to issue duplicate key service only after verifying the identity of the person present at the shop and requesting for key duplicating service or all key lost service for his/her vehicle.
- The end user of the tool must have CCTV installed in his/her shop premises to provide evidence to legal authorities when required.
- The end user agrees not to use any Xhorse tool/device between 11pm-6am or let any of his/her employee use it during these restricted hours. The end user understands that his/her device maybe blocked temporarily/permanently if they breach these guidelines.
- The end user agrees to use this tool/device only in his/her area/state territory. The end user understands that if the tool/device is used outside their state territory then it will be get blocked temporarily/permanently.
- If required, the end user agrees to provide his/her Character Certificate from his/her local area Police Station (This is required only if the end user is found using the tool/device between 11pm-6am or use the tool/device outside his/her state territory).
- The end user agrees that if they want to sell their tool/device, they will first inform the dealer/seller from whom they purchased the tool about this intention & provide the dealer with the KYC documents of the new buyer (second owner) to whom they are selling. Only after their KYC is verified by the Xhorse authorised dealer, the end user will sell the tool/device further. If not done so, the end user takes the full responsibility of the tool/device on further use.
- The end user must immediately contact his local Police station if his/her tool is lost or is suspected to be misused by someone else. The end user must inform the Xhorse dealer about this and request them to block the tool for any further misuse.
- The end user has accepted the terms & conditions of this guidelines; and understand that the misuse of this tool/device/device can cause a security threat to the public.
- The end user pledges to use his/her tool/device in the most professional & ethical manner. The end user understand that breach of this guidelines would be a serious offence and legal action would be taken.
