Warranty on Tools & Machines:
- Xhorse offers 1 comprehensive warranty on all Xhorse devices against any manufacturing defects
- The warranty for end user starts from the date of device purchased from the dealer
- To claim warranty, kindly contact your dealer/supplier from whom you purchased the device
- Any internal parts/cables/battery will be free of charge during the warranty period
- Any external damage, water damage, damage in transit are not eligible for warranty coverage
- Warranty will be void if the end user open the devices themselves and try to repair at at their own
- In some cases, the device has to be sent back to Xhorse company in China for repairs & it takes time to comeback, during this period we try to give a replacement tool to the end user for their temporary use, subject to availability of spare devices.
- If the tool is out of warranty, then the end user must pay the replacement parts & service charges to its supplier
- We only provide service for those tools which are sold by us & our registered dealers having IN Version
- The dealer must provide us the end user invoice copy proof for claiming warranty
- All Xhorse devices (IN) sold in India are WPC-ETA certified by the Govt. of India
- Xhorse (IN) devices are BIS certified in complainces with the Govt. standards
Warranty on Xhorse Remotes:
- We offer 6 months warranty on all Xhorse remotes against any malfunction, defects or leakage from the date of purchase
- The warranty period starts from the date on which the remote is purchased by the end user of the vehicle
- The end user must ask for invoice from the retailer for their records to claim the warranty
- On checking, if the remote has malfunction or any defects, the retailer must provide the vehicle owner with a new remote
- The old remote pcb must be destroyed in front of the vehicle owner to avoid any suspicious misuse in future
- Any external damage or water damage are not eligible for warranty claims
- All our Xhorse remotes (IN) are WPC-ETA certified by the Govt. of India
